The hotel's location is very convenient, with many restaurants and main attractions within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes. the hotel provided a scooter rental service which was very fun and helpful for exploring the area.

The noise level was quite high and disrupted our sleep. the walls were thin, and we could hear conversations and noises from other guests, as well as noise from the street.

Good facilities such as motorbike rental, make this hotel a complete package for exploring the area.

One aspect of the hotel that needs improvement is communication regarding additional costs such as laundry fees, which weren't clearly communicated upfront in a couple of instances.

The family that operates the establishment keeps a couple of bears in a cage, which might be a concern for some guests. the lack of a common area limits guests to only their rooms.
